My journey in the restaurant world began at 16 years old as a dishwasher, where I learned the business from the ground up. Over the years, I went on to manage nightclubs, lead high performing retail teams, and oversee more than 30 mattress stores building deep experience in leadership, operations, and customer service along the way. Today, I bring that same drive and hands-on leadership to Shahs of Kabob.

When we first started, there were very few restaurants offering high-quality halal food in Miami and across South Florida. Our mission was clear: to introduce authentic, high-quality Persian kabobs and fresh halal eats to the community made with integrity, bold flavor, and consistency.
